Since my death experience, I can astral project and I want to help others to astral project too. For one thing, astral projecting feels wonderful: astral travel is a spirit liberating experience. Just as importantly though, exploring the astral gives a spirit a true sense of exactly who and what they are. And what spirits really are, what your spirit is too, is an ethereal being using these physical bodies while we are residing in this non-astral plane of existence. However, as our spirits are astral, we as our spirits are able to project back home to our ethereal existence. We can astral project at will — when we are not hampered by pessimistic nay-sayers and our own negative thoughts.

I’m glade for the chance or change from endless UFO and gov N.W.O info tho interesting as I see many things coming to a head aka 2012. I have many wonderful astral adventures so for me I can relate as a tangible life experience, I have seen UFO’s all my life as well but thanks for reconnecting my interest in OBE’s from your experiences. I look forward to seeing where this go’s

I personally have not seen a UFO. However, I didn’t believe that hell existed either until my recent astral project to the gates of hell. Your comment has made me really wonder though: could UFO’s actually be us from the future visiting the past – which is our current ‘present’?
